The Careers Office offers guidance with experts in career, training, recruitment, selection, development of people and of leaders to help students and graduates to plan their future career and in positioning themselves in the market. Career consulting discusses topics such as curriculum development, networking strategies, identification of skills, personal profile assessment, among other activities. LAPREN is a lab where the student has the opportunity to broaden his/her knowledge with the aid of teaching materials – learning objects – available in digital media. The students can perform activities with scholars, supervised by teachers. The Science and Technology Park at PUCRS (TECNOPUC) fosters research and innovation by means of simultaneous interaction between academia, private institutions and government.It consists of companies of different sizes, entities and research centers of the institution itself. The Sports Park of PUCRS is a modern complex designed to practice various sports. Its structure houses the University’s activities and provides services to the general public. The Sports Park of PUCRS was built based on international quality standards and in the most advanced techniques of construction, with an excellent structure, anchored in two main buildings: the main building and the University Stadium. The Science and Technology Museum has the mission to generate, preserve and disseminate knowledge through its collections and exhibitions, contributing to the development of science, education and culture. The Museum also promotes the generation and preservation of knowledge. Its scientific collections include a large selection of fossils, specimens representative of our biodiversity, and pieces from archaeological excavations, which are the object of research of Master’s and PhD students from various parts of the world. It is also one of the main tourist attractions in PUCRS and also in Brazil.

CAP aims to assist in minimizing difficulties which may interfere with the teaching-learning process of the student. It’s a space of listening, without financial costs, where counselling and referrals are made when needed. The rooms on this platform are offered by our students that go abroad for a study abroad semester, exchange, Erasmus or internship.
