Representatives of Euraxess Brazil delivered a lecture for PUCRS researchers to introduce the European Commission’s main initiatives and opportunities for mobility through the Framework Program Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) and the Research Executive Agency, headed by Ms. Charlotte Grawitz (Country Representative of Euraxess Brazil). Affiliated to the European Commission the Euraxess Brasil connects researchers in Brazil with those from Europe by providing free information and events on research funding, research careers and collaboration opportunities.
During the next two years PUCRS’ Institute of Petroleum and Natural Resources will be home to Dr. Daniel Brian Praeg, Senior Researcher in Marine Geoscience at the National Institute of Oceanography and Experimental Geophysics (OGS) in Trieste, Italy, through the Grant Agreement in a call from the European Community Framework Program Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions – Individual Fellowships. The MSCA enables research-focused organizations (universities, research centers and companies) to host talented foreign researchers and to create strategic partnerships with leading institutions worldwide. The MSCA is the first earned by PUCRS.
