Swiss senior researcher and Marie Skłodowska-Curie fellow, Daniel Praeg, talked about the research fellowship opportunities involving Brazil and Europe during the lecture Marie Skłodowska-Curie actions (MSCA), on Jun 22, at PUCRS. The European Union fellowship is offered to postdoctoral scholars and to several higher education and research institutions in Europe, in several areas.

At the lecture, Praeg described the nature of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie (MSCA) actions, focusing on the Individual fellowships and gave instructions on how to apply for them, as the deadline for application ends on Sep 14, 2017. The event was offered by the Office of International Affairs.

Praeg is a MSCA Individual/Global grantee under the Horizon 2020, a program offered by the European Union, and has been working on his research at the Institute of Petroleum and Natural Resources  (IPR) since Apr 2016. He is part of the Centre National de La Recherche Scientifique (CNRS), of the Géoazur – Center for Research in Geosciences of the Universite Côte D’azur, in France. This is the second time Praeg delivers a lecture about this fellowship.
