The laboratory is equipped and has a team of highly qualified engineers and technicians to meet the growing demands of Brazilian and International Markets, transforming the LABELO into a complete and safe solution for conducting the tests.

Today, the main demand for the testing of household appliances and similar products is associated with the publication of the Inmetro Ordinance No. 371/2009 and its complementary Ordinance No. 328/2011.

Inmetro Ordinance No. 371, of December 29, 2009, makes certification mandatory and defines the necessary regulatory requirements for the importation, manufacture and sale of electrical and similar appliances throughout the national territory.

A certification process, within the rules of Inmetro, can take a few months to complete. The exact time will depend on the complexity of the product or possible adaptations to be implemented, if necessary, to comply with applicable standards and regulations.

LABELO is one of the main laboratories that perform tests for compliance with Portaria Inmetro n ° 371/2009 in Brazil, accredited to Cgcre/Inmetro and RGDF rules.
