Project presentation:
The project continued CO2MOVE I and consisted of carrying out experimental CO2 leaks to evaluate monitoring tools aimed at geological carbon storage. The objectives included the improvement of measurement, monitoring and verification (MMV) tools and methodologies that were already being tested, as well as studying and developing new monitoring techniques and methodologies, not yet carried out in Brazil in CO2 leak simulation projects. It was possible to train the PUCRS team for geoelectric monitoring in areas with CO2 leaks.
