Isotopes and Geochronology Laboratory


The Isotopes and Geochronology Laboratory (LIG) is IPR’s newest laboratory. It is currently in the phase of equipment installation, which will enable isotopic analysis covering several areas of activity, such as: study of the evolution of sedimentary basins for the petroleum and gas industry, environment and pollution, forensic studies, food source and adulteration, among others.

The laboratory is accredited on the basis of ISO/IEC 17025.
