Introduction

Bachelor's degree in Science Degree (1977), a Bachelor's degree in Science (1980), a Master's degree in Education (1998) and Ph.D. in Education from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (2003). She is currently an adjunct professor at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul, with teaching activities at the Pedagogy Course (School of Humanities). She is a permanent teacher of the Postgraduate Programs in Education (School of Humanities) and in Education in Sciences and Mathematics (School of Sciences). She has experience in Education, with an emphasis on Science Education, developing research on the following topics: educate by research, science, fairs and science clubs, education and evaluation, teachers' training.
