Full Professor at Escola Politécnica, Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS). Research interests: Turbulence, Transition, Stratified Shear Layer, Vortex Shedding, Flow Separation, Particle-laden Gravity Currents, Atmospheric Boundary Layer, Linear Stability Theory, Direct Numerical and Large-Eddy Simulation, Numerical Methods.
