Introduction
Doctor in Economics from Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (2005) with a period as Visiting Scholar at the University of Cambridge (2003-2004) and a postdoctoral period at the Higher Institute of Economics and Management (ISEG), University of Lisbon, PT 2013. Full Professor of the Graduate Programs in Economics of Development and Social Work at PUCRS. The research fields are: Poverty, Inequality, Capability Approach, Education and Human Development.
