PhD in Administration from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (2000). Post-doctorate in Marketing from the University of Georgia (USA). CNPq 1D Research Productivity Fellow. Master's degree in Business Administration from UFRGS (1993) and a degree in Business Administration and Public Administration from UFRGS (1985). Chair of the Graduate Program in Business Administration of PUCRS. Full Professor at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul, working in the Master's and PhD courses in Administration of the Graduate Program in Administration (PPGAd). Among the topics most addressed in the academic publications are strategic orientations, business performance, innovation, consumer behavior.
