Introduction

Ph.D. in Business/Marketing from USP (2009), with a partial completion period at Rice University, Master's degree in Business/Marketing from UFRGS (2003) and an undergraduate degree in Business from UFRGS (2000). Received an Honorable Mention in the CAPES Thesis Award in 2010. Currently a professor and researcher in the postgraduate program in Business/Marketing at the PUCRS Business School. Subjects of interest are consumer experience in services and retail settings and studies related to culture, subculture and consumer communities.
