My qualifications: (a) B.Sc. in physics – UFMG: 1987. (b) Specialization in biotechnology – UFRGS: 1988. (c) M.Sc. in Computer Modeling & Simulation of Molecular & Biological Processes: 1990 and (d) Ph.D. in Computational Molecular Biophysics: 1994 - University of London. 1995-1998: I worked in EMSL at PNNL/DOE, USA. 1999-2001: FAPESP Young Investigator at LNLS. 2001: joined PUCRS as an FAPERGS Visiting Researcher. Since June 2002 I am an Associate Professor of Bioinformatics and Computational Molecular Biophysics at PUCRS.
