Several interactive activities are offered in the Aquatic Mammals Space, available in Portuguese and English, which help visitors of all ages to learn about the scientific collection of the Museum. Among these activities, it features a 15-meter long Bryde's whale skeleton and the baleen plates of a minke whale, which are structures used for feeding. You can learn more about the evolutionary history of whales and the diversity of aquatic mammals, including seals and manatees. In the panel Giants of the Oceans, some of the largest beings on earth can be seen.
