The purpose of this program is to provide an understanding of violence and the ways punitive agencies (the criminal justice system) act as these are extremely complex and worrisome social facts of collective life. In view of these pillars of the reality of social life, a wide plethora of research areas can be developed, especially those drawing insights from Law Science, such as Medical Sciences, Psychology and Humanities.
