The workshop Internationalization At Home – I@H: Perspectives for Undergraduate Studies is an event that is being offered by the Office of the Vice President for Research and Graduate Studies in support of the Institutional Program of Internationalization PUCRS-PrInt. The Visiting Professor from Newcastle University, Dr Sue Robson, will be discussing internationalization at home, theories and practices. The event is open to everyone. Registration is at no charge.
Sue Robson is Professor of Education in the School of Education, Communication and Language Sciences at Newcastle University (UK). Sue is a member of the Research Centre for Learning and Teaching (CfLAT) and leads the Teaching and Learning in Higher Education (HE) Research Group. Her current research focuses on the internationalization of HE; innovative teaching and learning in HE; reward and recognition for teaching excellence in HE; educational leadership. She is Principal Investigator 2016-18 on an Erasmus Strategic Partnerships Project ‘Approaches and Tools for Internationalization at Home’. She is also Principal Investigator 2017-18 on a British Council, Brazil Capacity Building & Internationalization for Higher Education Project: ‘Developing an institutional strategy and practical framework for internationalization of the curriculum.
