2019_08_12-evento_chatbots_JCOn Aug 21, at 7:30 PM, FAMECOS – School of Communications, Arts and Design’s Public Relations program, will be promoting a panel session on Chatbots practices and perspectives of interactive digital content: The case of Jornal do Comércio (JC), featuring Patrícia Knebel, Eduardo Jandt Tavares, Donald Reis and Eduardo Boff. There are limited seats. In place of the registration fee, participants may bring 1kg of non-perishable food or an item of clothing in good conditions. All food and clothing will eventually be donated to charity.

The session is intended for Communications, Business and Technology students as well as team leaders, entrepreneurs and business owners. The idea is to get participants to think about the challenges and perspectives of implementing interactive content using chatbots, and to look at the results of this strategy for the Jornal do Comércio business.

In an effort to promote the understanding of the impacts on JC, journalist Patrícia Knebel and Marketing specialist Eduardo Jandt Tavares have been invited to participate. Intelichat, the technology solution for the newspaper’s chatbot will also make its presence felt as its director Donald Reis as well as its commercial manager Eduardo Boff have been invited for the session.

Patrícia Knebel has a degree in Journalism from Famecos / PUCRS. She serves as a reporter and editorial writer in the area of technology and Innovation for Jornal do Comércio. She has also created the Digital Market blog and the Transforming Minds series. She is also a storyteller, content strategist for several companies and founder of Editorial Studio – content innovation lab. Eduardo Jandt Tavares has a degree in Advertising from Famecos / PUCRS. He holds a Certificate degree in Strategic Marketing from Unisinos and currently serves as Marketing Coordinator for Jornal do Comércio. He works on product and service innovation, oversees subscriber experience and on and off users, and deals with marketing issues in the company.

Donald Reis serves as director of Qualitor and Intelichat. He has a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Mackenzie Presbyterian University. He holds a Certificate degree in Business Management from Fundação Dom Cabral. He has been working in the Information Technology market for over 30 years. He also serves as Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Computer Companies Union (Seprorgs). Eduardo Boff serves as commercial manager of the same companies. He has a degree in Human Resources Management and a Certificate degree in Service Management. He relies on more than 20 years of experience overseeing call centers. He is also an expert in Information Technology, Shared Services Center and Commercial Departments.
